Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Scrum Master mit über 2 Jahren Erfahrung in diesem Bereich. Er hat jedoch seit 2012 in agilen Umgebungen in Führungspositionen gearbeitet. Er hat wichtige Projekte geleitet und war in einem Projekt als Sponsor oder Projektverantwortlicher tätig. Als Scrum Master hat er agile Projektmanager angeleitet, damit agile Methoden in der Praxis besonders gut funktionieren. Er bevorzugt einen menschenorientierten Managementstil, befähigt Menschen, agil zu arbeiten, führt retrospektive Meetings durch. Mein Englisch ist auf einem kommunikativen Niveau. Er hat keinen explizit bevorzugten Arbeitsbereich, interessiert sich aber für die Bereiche Finanzen, Energie oder Automotive. Er möchte nicht im Baugewerbe arbeiten. Er hat an einem europäischen Projekt mitgewirkt, bei dem bis zu 300 Personen unter ihm gearbeitet haben, ohne dass er selbst beteiligt war. Intern leitete er jedoch 50 Personen.

2017 - 2019: Innovation Manager - External Developing innovative solutions based on new technologies such as artificial intelligence/machine learning, predictive analytics, IoT, blockchain, and hybrid cloud.

2015 - 2017: Project Manager Expert - External Mentoring and coaching internal project managers, hiring and personal development of IT staff. Managed the project "Youstice.com," an online solution for e-shops to submit and process customer shopping complaints.

2007 - 2012: Head of IT Responsible for managing the IT division and overseeing various projects, including interactive maps, regular import of insurance data, continuous improvement of core insurance systems, centralized management of card payments, and migration projects.
