Project Manager & Scrum Master

Der Kandidat ist Projektmanager und Scrum Master mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung. Er hat in den letzten 8 Jahren in einem agilen Umfeld gearbeitet und versucht, agil zu implementieren, wo immer er in Führungspositionen kann. Er hat Erfahrung in der Leitung mehrerer paralleler Teams und der Führung großer Teams. Er hat kein Problem damit, auf Englisch zu kommunizieren, er hat ein Level C1 Zertifikat. Er besitzt ein SCRUM-Zertifikat.

Der Kandidat ist seit 22 Jahren in der IT-Branche tätig. Er hat so ziemlich jede Position durchlaufen, daher konzentriert er sich auf die Leitung von Teams. Er hat oft die Position des Entwicklungsleiters inne und versucht, die Entwicklung auf eine sehr menschliche Art zu leiten. In den letzten 9 Jahren hat er sich auf Agile konzentriert, wo er als Scrum Master, Agile Leader oder Agile Coach tätig war. Neben der Führung von Teams hat er auch Erfahrung in der Leitung von Scrum Masters und agiert normalerweise als Agile Evangelist im Team. Eine seiner größten Errungenschaften ist, dass er den Ruf von Vodafone in Bezug auf agile Entwicklung deutlich verbessern konnte. Außerdem hat er in seiner Position als Manager dort in eineinhalb Jahren fast 50 Mitarbeiter eingestellt und die Struktur so verändert, dass sie der agilen Entwicklung gerecht wird. Er hat Erfahrung im Bank-, Versicherungs-, Telekommunikations- und Bildungssektor und ist offen für andere Bereiche. Darüber hinaus spricht er fließend Englisch auf C1-Niveau und verwendet es bei der Arbeit täglich mehr als Tschechisch oder Slowakisch.
