Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Scrum Master, der seit mehr als 3 Jahren in dieser Position in der kaufmännischen Praxis tätig ist. Davor war er mehr als 5 Jahre lang in verschiedenen Positionen als Projektleiter tätig. Zu seinen Hauptaufgaben im Projekt gehörten - die agile Transformation des Unternehmens zu managen, Mitarbeiter zu führen und zu coachen, mit anderen Scrum Mastern zusammenzuarbeiten, Scrum Zeremonien zu moderieren, Teams zur Selbstorganisation zu führen. Für einige Monate übernahm er auch die Rolle des agilen Coaches. Bei seiner Arbeit setzte er aktiv agile Methoden wie Scrum, Kanban und XP ein. Er spricht fließend Englisch und hat 10 Jahre lang immer in einem englischen Umfeld gearbeitet.
