Scrum Master

Die Kandidatin ist eine erfahrene Scrum Masterin, die seit mehr als 10 Jahren in dieser Position in der Praxis tätig ist. In den letzten 3 Jahren hat sie sich hauptsächlich auf die Rolle des Agile Coaches konzentriert und diese Position macht ihr mehr Spaß. Zu ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören die Durchführung von agilen Schulungen, die Kommunikation mit Kunden und agilen Teammitgliedern, die Bewertung von Teammitgliedern, Mentoring und Motivation, das Erstellen und Verfolgen von Roadmaps, die Moderation von Scrum-Zeremonien und die Integration verwandter Methoden. Die Kommunikation in englischer Sprache stellt für ihn kein Problem dar. Er hat hauptsächlich Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im Banken- und Telekommunikationssektor, ist aber auch anderen Sektoren nicht abgeneigt, wenn das Projekt interessant ist.

2019 - pending: Agile Coach in the ICT, banking, manufacturing, and software houses sectors. Responsible for conducting agile fundamental and scrummastership trainings, designing and conducting agile roles potential assessments, removing impediments, guiding teams through the implementation of agile approach, integrating related methodologies, helping teams navigate agile tools, and providing backlog refinements, product owner mentoring, scrummaster mentoring, scrum team mentoring, and systemic coaching.

2017 - 2018: Scrummaster/Agile Mentor in the telco sector. Responsible for designing the roadmap for the agile transformation, conducting assessments on the agile readiness and impacts of the transformation, supporting the organization through the transformation, and ensuring both processes and mindsets were changing.

2016 - 2017: Scrummaster in the banking, insurance, and automaker company sectors. Responsible for facilitating kick-off sessions, value stream mapping, mapping and changing the organizational structure, writing articles, preparing training materials, conducting agile fundamentals and scrummastership trainings, incorporating agile principles into initiatives, and auditing agile processes and contracts.

2015: Scrummaster in the banking sector. Responsible for facilitating scrum ceremonies, identifying and removing impediments, ensuring transparency and visibility of team's progress, ensuring understanding and adherence to scrum process, and providing strategic level consulting for agile implementation.

2014 - 2015: Scrummaster in the technology sector. Responsible for facilitating scrum ceremonies, identifying and removing impediments, and ensuring transparency and visibility of team's progress.

2011 - 2013: Scrummaster/Trainee at Scrumdesk. Responsible for facilitating scrum ceremonies, identifying and removing impediments, ensuring understanding and adherence to scrum process, and supporting the scrum team and product owner.

2013 - 2016: Associate Teacher in IT Management at Comenius University, Faculty of Management.
