Project Manager & Scrum Master

Die Kandidatin arbeitete mehr als 6 Jahre lang als Projektmanagerin, wo sie ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement und in der Umsetzung von methodischen Programmen erwarb. Vor mehr als einem Jahr wechselte sie in die Position des Scrum Master in Slovenska sporiteľna, wo sie auch die Position des Projektmanagers innehat und für die gesamte Agenda der Bearbeitung von Privatkrediten und Mikrokrediten für kleine Unternehmen verantwortlich ist. Die Kandidatin ist auch für die gesamte Umgestaltung von Privat- und Verbraucherkrediten in die digitale Welt auf der Frontend- und Backend-Plattform verantwortlich. In ihrer derzeitigen Position als Scrum Master betreut sie ein Team von 22 Personen, mit denen sie 2x täglich in agilen Zeremonien arbeitet. Da ihre Rolle mit der des Projektmanagers verflochten ist, ist sie für die gesamte Lieferung von Aufgaben zuständig, wobei sie sich gegenseitig abstimmen. Da sie an mehreren internationalen Projekten mitgewirkt hat, ist ihre Kommunikation in englischer Sprache reibungslos.

May/2020 - Present: Scrum Master/Agile Coach. Responsibilities include working closely with the product owner to manage the backlog and ensure continuous delivery of features. Educating and reinforcing scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and stakeholders. Leading the development team from project initiation to final product delivery. Managing project spending and budgeting, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Monitoring project progress and performance, reporting status to stakeholders. Facilitating agile initiatives and removing impediments to delivery success.

Sep/2017 - Dec/2019: Project Manager. Responsible for end-to-end delivery of medium to large projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, risk management, and customer satisfaction targets. Planning and developing projects in collaboration with release manager and IT providers. Facilitating internal and external workshops/meetings, leading delivery teams, and managing resources. Reporting project status and progress.

Jan/2016 - Aug/2017: Project Analyst. Implemented delivery methodology on programs across EMEA. Supported WBS creation and maintained budget and schedule. Facilitated workshops/meetings and led teams. Reported program status and progress.

Feb/2015 - Dec/2015: IT Ops Technician II. Monitored and managed multi-technology platforms for processing financial transactions. Escalated issues to relevant teams and tracked their resolution.
