Der Kandidat ist seit mehr als 3 Jahren als Scrum Master tätig. In seinem vorherigen Job hatte er mehrere Projekte, in denen er Scrum in Teams einführte, z.B. in einem Projekt für ein internationales Unternehmen, das Software für Herzschrittmacher-Lesegeräte schrieb. Josef arbeitete auch für Adastra an einem Projekt für Skoda, wo er sowohl eine Backend- als auch eine Frontend-Plattform für die Anwendungsentwicklung hatte. Er hat seine Erfahrungen auch bei Vodafone angewandt, wo er an einem Integrationsprojekt gearbeitet hat. Der Kandidat hatte auch mehrere internationale Projekte, bei denen er aktiv agile Methoden einsetzte, und daher sind seine Englischkenntnisse sowohl in schriftlicher als auch in mündlicher Form nahtlos.

Responsibilities:

• Conducted workshops to help clients (Škoda Auto, VW, Česká Spořitelna) adopt an agile mindset and ways of working
