Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Java-Entwickler, der 5 Jahre lang als Backend-Entwickler in der kommerziellen Praxis mit dem klassischen Stack - Java 8, Spring MCV, Hibernate, Maven - gearbeitet hat. Später begann er mit der Frontend-Programmierung als React-Entwickler in React, Django, Typescript und JavaScript. Am wohlsten fühlt er sich jedoch in Java, wo er auch die Position des technischen Leiters innehatte, wo er für einen Teil des gesamten Projekts verantwortlich war. Bei seiner Arbeit setzt er aktiv agile Methoden ein, insbesondere Scrum. Er kann sich problemlos auf Englisch verständigen und hat auch schon in ausländischen Teams gearbeitet. Sein letztes Projekt hat er aufgegeben, weil er mit neuen Ideen zur Verbesserung der Dinge an die Geschäftsleitung herangetreten ist, das Team aber nicht bereit war, die etablierten Wege zu ändern. Er hat auch Erfahrung im Bankensektor.
