Project Manager & Scrum Master

Der Kandidat ist ein intelligenter Projektmanager, der seit 3 Jahren in seinem Bereich tätig ist. Er war der allererste Scrum Master im Unternehmen, er war an der Gründung der Scrum Master Community des Unternehmens beteiligt und half bei der Gründung. Er schulte und coachte andere und führte den agilen Ansatz in das Projekt ein. Später wurde er zum Projektmanager befördert, wo er von Anfang an ein großes Projekt leitete. Er ist für alle Prozesse zuständig, implementierte Systemänderungen für den finnischen Markt und ist für die Lieferfähigkeit verantwortlich. Er verwendet täglich Englisch. Er ist seit Jahren in der Energiebranche tätig, freut sich aber über jede neue Chance. Derzeit leitet er 80 Mitarbeiter und ist für sie verantwortlich, sowohl direkt als auch per Fernzugriff.

Implementation Project Manager (2020-06 - present): Created for a specific project, responsible for leading a team of 80+ people in implementing software changes to comply with legal regulations. Present project updates to internal and customer steering groups, track progress, report costs, and address any impediments.

Release Train Engineer/Program Development Manager (2019-06 - 2020-06): Led a program development unit consisting of 15 scrum teams and approximately 150 people. Managed the entire process from planning to release, facilitated communication between teams, removed impediments, and conducted overall retrospectives. Served as a single point of contact for delivery managers to identify project risks.

Scrum Master (2017-11 - 2020-01): Responsible for four development teams, totaling 30 people, working on a single product using the LESS framework. Managed the entire process, provided motivation, coaching, and facilitation, and ensured clear communication and collaboration between teams. Collaborated with higher management to foster an agile company culture.

System Analyst (2016-06 - 2018-03): Communicated with customers, analyzed requirements, designed solutions, wrote user stories, and consulted with various teams to ensure successful development.

Test Engineer (2015-12 - 2016-06): Conducted software testing based on technical specifications and analyzed bugs reported by customers.
