Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Projektmanager, der seit 2002 in seinem Bereich tätig ist. In seiner langjährigen Tätigkeit für ein Unternehmen hat er maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass das Unternehmen, für das er arbeitet, weltweit führend in der Entwicklung und Produktion von Kaschiermaschinen für die Druckindustrie ist. Das Kundennetz ist weltweit, die tägliche Kommunikation mit ihnen gehört unter anderem zu seinem Arbeitsalltag. Darüber hinaus ist er für die technische und vertriebliche Ausbildung zuständig. Das Unternehmen arbeitet ebenfalls nach agilen Prinzipien, hat aber weitgehend sein eigenes System. Er verwendet täglich die englische Sprache. Er kann auch Russisch sprechen, müsste aber konversationsfähig sein. Er interessiert sich nicht für die Entwicklung mobiler Anwendungen oder des Internets, sondern hat vor allem Spaß an der Technik.
