Der Kandidat ist seit über 15 Jahren im IT-Bereich tätig. Er verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Java, PHP und Python. Sein derzeitiger Schwerpunkt liegt jedoch auf Daten, wobei Cloud, AWS und Linux seine Favoriten sind. In der Vergangenheit hat er auch als Projektmanager gearbeitet, aber diese Position möchte er nicht mehr ausüben. Stattdessen ist er eher an der Position des Teamleiters interessiert, da es ihm mehr Spaß macht, sein Team zu haben und mit ihm zu arbeiten, als nur zu bestimmen, wer was tun soll.
