.NET Developer & C# Developer

Der Kandidat entwickelt seit über 10 Jahren in C# und .Net. Während seiner Praxis hat er Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen Technologien wie SQL, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Oracle und anderen gesammelt. Im Rahmen von Komplementärsprachen zu C# und .Net möchte er im Projekt auch Java, JavaScript oder Python begegnen, mit denen er ebenfalls praktische Erfahrungen hat. Die meisten seiner Erfahrungen hat er in der Telekommunikationsbranche gesammelt, aber er würde auch gerne andere Branchen ausprobieren. Er ist es gewohnt, agile Methoden, insbesondere Scrum, anzuwenden und spricht fließend Englisch. In der Vergangenheit hat er auch als Teamleiter für ein kleines Team gearbeitet, das er auch ausgebildet hat.

2020-2021: Developed a client communication platform for Telefonica agents using C# .NET and WPF. Implemented Agile methodology. 2018-2019: Designed and implemented a web application for Deutsche Bahn to manage voicefiles for their contact center using C#.NET and MS SQL Server procedures. Integrated with Genesys contact center communication. 2016: Created a web extension for EON agents to provide detailed customer information during calls using JavaScript and Interactive Intelligence API. 2015-2016: Developed backend low-layer tools for remote control of Cisco phone devices using C++ and Interactive Intelligence API. 2015-2016: Implemented a C# .NET adapter connecting Interactive Intelligence world with customer's applications. 2015-2021: Created a large solution for KfW Bank Group, providing complete handling of customer interactions and a user-friendly interface for KfW agents using C# .NET and MVC. 2015: Developed a .NET web service for recording voice interactions with customers. 2013-2019: Implemented a new "reporting and monitoring" real-time system for E.ON Service Plus Germany using C#, Interactive Intelligence Icelib library, and Oracle database programming. Introduced Scrum methodology and designed architecture for backup and restore solution. 2012: Implemented Interactive Intelligence call-center for Mercedes-Benz Bank, including administration, C++ handler programming, and historical reporting. 2012: Developed an ITIL training game for worldwide use in Tieto, from architecture design to final implementation using C#.NET and XML. 2011-2013: Implemented Interactive Intelligence call-center for E.ON Service Plus, including inbound and outbound implementation, administration, and handler programming. 2010-2011: Created an intranet solution for UPM, integrating MS SharePoint 2010 with SAP using C# programming. 2009-2010: Developed an intranet solution for Metsabotnia using MS SharePoint 2007. 2010: Developed web parts for the Moss Starterkit framework used in Microsoft SharePoint 2007 and 2010 projects. 2009: Worked on Genesys call center software, performing basic tasks, network operations, handler programming, and log file analysis. 2020: Completed an online course in Python. 2014: Received training in design patterns.
