Der Kandidat verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung bei TPP, vor allem im Bereich der Computer- und Serververwaltung und -reparatur. Der Kandidat ist zertifiziert für HP und Lenovo Garantieservice. Er hat auch Erfahrung in der Remote-Windows-Server-Administration, Grundlagen der Linux- und Unix-Server-Administration und nicht zuletzt Grundlagen der Anwendungsadministration auf diesen Servern. Er war schon immer eher universell auf mehrere Dinge ausgerichtet und ist daher auch an die Fehlersuche und -behebung gewöhnt, die er noch nicht kennt.
