Linux Administrator & Windows Administrator

Der Kandidat begann mit der Systemadministration auf der Windows-Plattform und hat sich in den letzten 5 Jahren hauptsächlich auf Linux konzentriert. Er ist es gewohnt, mit beidem zu arbeiten, findet aber Linux etwas interessanter und würde sich daher gerne weiter darauf konzentrieren. Derzeit ist er für eine Media-Streaming-Plattform verantwortlich, wo er Leistungsprobleme löst. Er arbeitet routinemäßig mit Zabbix, Active Directory sowie Datenbanken und hat einige Erfahrung mit PHP, die er für einen kleinen Eshop nutzte. Dank seiner umfangreichen Erfahrung kann er bei seiner Arbeit eine andere Perspektive in die Gestaltung der Infrastruktur einbringen und diskutiert gerne über Lösungen. Er hat Erfahrung in der Arbeit in Teams unterschiedlicher Größe, die sowohl nach dem Agile- als auch nach dem Waterfall-Prinzip arbeiten. In der Vergangenheit war er auch für die schriftliche Beurteilung von Kollegen anhand festgelegter Kriterien zuständig und hat auch die Einarbeitung neuer Kollegen und deren anschließende Betreuung stellvertretend übernommen. Er hat kein Problem damit, sich in vollem Umfang auf Englisch zu unterhalten und würde gerne in einem Team arbeiten, in dem er es anwenden kann. Darüber hinaus versteht er auch teilweise Deutsch.

Er hat eine Kündigungsfrist von 2 Monaten.
