Sie sind für die gesamte IT-Infrastruktur verantwortlich. Sie verwenden keine agile Methodik. Sie arbeiten seit 8 Jahren in einem englischsprachigen Umfeld.

Linux System Administrator (July 2020 - present): Provided support for SUSE Enterprise Linux and RHEL, monitored and supported SAP systems, and handled hardware support and work with IBM.

L2 Linux System Administrator (July 2018 - July 2020): Supported RHEL virtual and physical servers, performed troubleshooting and root cause analysis, managed change and incident management, and collaborated with vendors and field engineers for hardware replacements.

L2 HP-UX/Linux System Administrator (June 2017 - June 2018): Supported HP-UX physical servers, conducted troubleshooting and root cause analysis, managed change and incident management.

L1 Unix/Linux Systems Administrator (September 2016 - May 2017): Provided first-level support for AIX, HP-UX, Solaris, Linux, and cloud systems, collaborated with vendors and field engineers, and handled incident management.
