Der Kandidat ist Linux-Administrator und war zuständig für Administration, Installation, Serverkonfiguration, Kundentickets (meist 1st Level), er kümmerte sich auch um HW. Ein Jahr lang arbeitete er als Teamleiter von Junior-Administratoren. Sein Englisch ist auf einem fortgeschrittenen Niveau, aber er hatte in den letzten Jahren nicht die Gelegenheit, es so oft zu benutzen, was er gerne ändern würde. Als er Teamleiter war, gab es einige Bemühungen, agile Methoden einzuführen, aber letztendlich waren diese Bemühungen nicht erfolgreich. Er befindet sich derzeit in der Probezeit und sucht aus personellen Gründen (der Großteil des Teams, in dem er arbeiten sollte, hat ihn verlassen) nach einer neuen Stelle.

April 2017 – September 2017: Manager of the national volleyball team at the Czech Volleyball Association. Managed team activities, communication with the association and other international teams, and organized friendly matches with foreign teams.

June 2016 – February 2017: Project Manager. Managed kitchen projects from contract signing to project delivery.

August 2014 – September 2015: Project Manager. Created test battery for youth sports project, conducted tests with 50 athletes, and successfully presented and defended the project.

July 2007 – June 2013: Operations Manager. Managed sports facility operations, organized tournaments and events, and planned work schedules for other employees.

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sports from Charles University (not completed).
