Eugeniy ist ein Softwareentwickler mit 18 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Er ist hauptsächlich auf Microsoft-Technologien spezialisiert. Er hat während seiner gesamten Laufbahn in C# programmiert und verfügt über 5-7 Jahre Erfahrung in WPF sowie Silverlight bis zu 10 Jahren. Er arbeitet seit mehr als 9 Jahren mit agilen Methoden, hauptsächlich mit Scrum. Er versteht teilweise gesprochenes Tschechisch, kann es aber nicht sprechen, daher zieht er es vor, auf Englisch zu kommunizieren. Arbeitete als Architekt, Tech Lead und Team Lead, wo er ein Team von 6 Personen leitete.
