IT Manager

Der Kandidat ist seit mehr als 20 Jahren in der IT-Branche tätig. In seiner letzten Position war er als IT-Experte/Lizenzierungsmanager tätig. Er interessiert sich für die Synology-Plattform, deren Aufgabe es ist, eine erschwingliche Lösung in einer Form zu schaffen, die die Plattformen von Microsoft vollständig ersetzen kann. In seinem letzten Job war er für die komplette Softwarelizenzierung des gesamten Unternehmens zuständig. In seinen vorherigen Jobs war er für etwa 30 Mitarbeiter im ganzen Land verantwortlich und kümmerte sich auch um Software, HW/SW-Einkauf, Gesamtmanagement aus der Managementperspektive, Aufgabenlösung, Bewertung und Führung des Teams. Zu diesem Zweck richtete er eine IT-Akademie ein, in der er bessere IT-Kenntnisse vermittelte und die Mitarbeiter in allgemeiner und fortgeschrittener MS-Office-Arbeit schulte. Außerdem absolvierte er einen PRINCE2-Foundation-Kurs und arbeitet immer noch an seiner Zertifizierung als Projektmanager. Er hat auch an einem kleinen internen Projekt gearbeitet, um die gemeinsame Nutzung von mobilen Unternehmenskontakten mit Hilfe von Opensource Baikal zu lösen. Seine Englischkenntnisse sind eher auf einem schriftlichen B2-Niveau und er lernt aktiv Deutsch.
