Der Kandidat ist ein Java-Entwickler mit mehr als 2 Jahren Erfahrung. Er ist derzeit Teil eines 11-köpfigen Teams, das Netzwerksoftware in einem Unternehmen entwickelt, das sich mit offenen optischen Netzwerken beschäftigt und zu den Lieferanten von Unternehmen wie Facebook und Google gehört. Er arbeitet hauptsächlich mit Java 11, hat aber auch Erfahrung mit Java 8. Er arbeitet auch mit Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernates und zu einem kleinen Teil mit Docker. Er verfügt über frühere Erfahrungen auf einer Full-Remote-Basis im Finanzsektor (es war eine Schweizer Bank). Das Team verwendet agile Methodik, hauptsächlich SCRUM, teilweise Kanban, er ist an Sprints etc. gewöhnt. Er spricht fließend Portugiesisch und Englisch.
