Zu ihren Aufgaben gehören das manuelle Testen von mobilen Apps für iOS und Android, API-Tests, Testplanung, das Schreiben von Testfällen, Fehlerprotokollen, Berichten usw. Sie ist eine fortgeschrittene Nutzerin von Jira und Mantis Bug Tracker und verwendet außerdem Tools wie Enterprise Architect, Microsoft Azure, GitLab, Postman und HP Quality Center QC. Zuvor war sie als Operations Manager tätig und leitete 3er-Teams in 17 Niederlassungen. Bei ihrer Arbeit setzt sie auch Scrum ein.
