Manual Tester

Der Kandidat testet seit zweieinhalb Jahren, wobei er manuell mit Jira testet. Er hat Erfahrung mit Integrations-, Regressions- und Funktionstests. Beim Testen hat er immer ein Auge auf die Benutzerseite und da er gerne lernt, würde er gerne als UX-Designer tiefer in die UX eintauchen. Er ist es gewohnt, agil nach Scrum zu arbeiten, und da er auch Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit und Führung von Menschen außerhalb der IT hat, wäre er auch an der Position des Junior Scrum Masters interessiert. Er war auch für die Einarbeitung neuer Kollegen in zwei Positionen innerhalb des Teams verantwortlich - einmal gab er ihnen auf Anweisung seines Teamleiters Testaufgaben und beim zweiten Mal führte er sie in die Funktionsweise des gesamten Projekts ein. Er spricht fließend Englisch auf C1-Niveau.
