Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Java-Entwickler mit mehr als 15 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Er arbeitet derzeit hauptsächlich mit Micronaut und hat in der Vergangenheit auch bei Springo gearbeitet. Zu seinen am häufigsten verwendeten Technologien/Frameworks gehören Java, Spring, Micronaut, Groovy, CSS, MySQL. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch ist für ihn kein Problem, da er auch mit ausländischen Kunden arbeitet. Bei seiner Arbeit verwendet er aktiv agile Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban. In der Vergangenheit hat er versucht, ein Team von Entwicklern zu leiten, aber das ist nichts für ihn, da er eine reine Entwicklungsposition anstrebt. Er hat keine bevorzugte Branche, in der er gerne arbeiten würde, aber er möchte keine Positionen als Teamleiter oder Lösungsarchitekt.
