DevOps Engineer

Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Devops-Ingenieur, der seit über 7 Jahren in dieser Rolle in der kommerziellen Praxis tätig ist. Die Rolle war die Verwaltung von virtuellen und HW-Umgebungen, die Verwaltung sowohl von Linux- als auch Windows-Umgebungen (Windows Azure und Cloud). Verwendete Team Foundation Server und Team Foundation Proxy + SQL Server Tools. Verantwortlich für das gesamte Design, die Konfiguration und die Optimierung der Sharepoint-Architektur. Verwaltete ein großes Team von ca. 40 Personen und nutzte Wiki. Nutzte aktiv agile Methoden, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban, bei seiner Arbeit. Er ist in der Lage, auf einem ausgezeichneten Niveau in Englisch zu kommunizieren. Er würde gerne das Projekt wechseln, da er in dem aktuellen Projekt immer wiederkehrende Aufgaben hat und nur stereotype Upgrades durchführt.

Experienced in TFS 2018 VNext builds and releases configuration, setting up virtual machines and cloud solutions, configuring SharePoint and architecture, installing and configuring Confluence (JIRA), and managing MS SQL servers.

• Installed ESX servers, vSphere client, and vCenter server. Deployed virtual machines using clones, snapshots, and templates. Managed software distribution and patch management. Provided second level support for Microsoft Windows Server environment and documented system configuration.

• Integrated and customized new Windows OS releases, managed AD users, provided second level support for Microsoft Windows Server environment, deployed laptops and desktops, managed patch management and network support, and configured Checkpoint R77.30 VPN and firewall rules.
