The solution was a microservice within a larger product, built in er and deployed using Kubernetes. Maintained a model for text translation, translating medical text from multiple foreign languages into English and vice versa. Used a pre-built attention transformer model trained on custom medical data. Developed a Python application for validating English financial reports for a multinational bank. Utilized pretrained Spacy models for natural language processing to identify errors in financial statements.

09/2017 – 01/2020 Risk Assurance Senior Associate Developed a Python application for automatically reconciling ledger book data with core data in accounting systems using gradient-boost decision trees. Designed an LTSM network for predicting balance sheet values and detecting anomalies in accounts for a multinational bank. Assisted the United Nations in filtering out bot-generated negative comments on Twitter to delegitimize its operations in specific regions.
