Javascript Developer & UX UI Designer

Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Javascript-Entwickler, der seit 6 Jahren hauptsächlich in JS entwickelt. Davor hat er auch mit Flash-Technologien gearbeitet. Bei seinem aktuellen Projekt verwendet er jQuery, würde sich aber gerne auf neuere Technologien und Frontend oder UX konzentrieren. Zu seinen am häufigsten verwendeten Technologien/Frameworks gehören Javascript, Vue, React, Jest, Sass. Kommunikation auf Englisch ist für ihn kein Problem. Von den agilen Methodologien arbeitet er hauptsächlich mit Scrum. Er hatte die Gelegenheit, als Teammanager zu arbeiten, mit einer Teamgröße von 5 Personen. Er war für die Einstellung von Mitarbeitern in Projekten, die Planung von Aufgaben und die unmittelbare Strategie verantwortlich. Er hat jedoch nicht als technischer Leiter gearbeitet und möchte auch nicht in diese Richtung gehen.
