Der Kandidat ist ein Junior mit 1,5 Jahren PM-Erfahrung. Derzeit arbeitet er jedoch als Projektkoordinator in einem Pharmaunternehmen. Auch er bevorzugt diesen Sektor und möchte weiterhin in diesem Bereich arbeiten. Er arbeitet derzeit in der Verpackungsabteilung, wo er dafür verantwortlich ist, dass alles ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Er fungiert auch als Projektunterstützung für den Leiter der Betriebstechnik, leitet das Projekt und koordiniert die Aktivitäten, definiert die technischen Anforderungen und führt die Qualifizierung durch, d. h. er überprüft die Funktionalität der Maschinen. Er war auch an der Programmierung des Informationssystems beteiligt, dessen Zweck es ist, den Bedienern zu helfen und ihnen zu sagen, was sie zu tun haben, d. h. Verfahren zu befolgen und Informationen zu sammeln. Er hatte auch die Möglichkeit, Bediener zu schulen/auszubilden. Was das agile Arbeiten betrifft, so ist er mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum vertraut. Englisch ist auf einem kommunikativen Niveau und Deutsch auf B2-Niveau - er ist bereit, bei Bedarf zu lernen.
