Projektleiter mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung. Derzeit arbeitet er an einem atypischen Projekt, das nicht rein IT-bezogen ist, sondern ein Projekt für zwei Versicherungsgesellschaften (Kooperativa SK und Komunálna poist'ovňa SK) ist, an dem er in Koordination mit einem großen PMO-Team der VIG Group (Vienna Insurance Group) arbeitet. Das Projekt trägt den Namen IFRS 17 (International Financial Reporting Standards) und dient der Vorbereitung einer einheitlichen Berichterstattung über die Finanzergebnisse von Versicherungsunternehmen in Europa. Er ist verantwortlich für die Leitung eines Teams von 20 Direktoren und Teamleitern (Direktor für Finanzen/Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Risikomanagement usw.). Darüber hinaus sind ihm 30 weitere Mitarbeiter unterstellt, die mit den Direktoren in Verbindung stehen. Er hat Zertifizierungen und Kenntnisse in Bezug auf agile Methoden wie Prince 2, PMP (PMI, PMBok), agil, Wasserfall erworben, über die er dann auch in kleineren Unternehmen sprechen konnte. Die englische Sprache ist Teil seiner regelmäßigen Kommunikation bei der Arbeit.
