IT Manager & Project Manager

Der Kandidat ist seit mehr als 10 Jahren als Projektleiter tätig. In den letzten 4 Jahren hat er jedoch auch im Bereich der Infrastrukturentwicklung gearbeitet, wo er sich der Entwicklung der internen IT und der Vorbereitung neuer Infrastrukturen widmet. Er arbeitet an Projekten zur Erneuerung des IT-Lebenszyklus, ist für das Budget und dessen Genehmigung, die Installation und Softwareentwicklung verantwortlich und kommuniziert mit dem Controlling und den Lieferanten. Sie sind bei ihrer Arbeit eher auf Wasserfall ausgerichtet, werden aber nächstes Jahr auf agil umstellen. Er leitet ein Team von Administratoren (8-10 Personen) und führt das Implementierungsteam (5-10 Personen). Ein englischsprachiges Team ist für ihn kein Problem, aber er bevorzugt tschechische Teams.
