IT Manager & Project Manager

Der Kandidat ist ein PM mit über 5 Jahren Erfahrung in einem bestimmten Bereich. Er ist ein Full-Scale-PM, der für die Koordinierung und Überwachung komplexer multikategorischer Projekte, die Lieferung, Prozessverbesserung und -automatisierung, Budgetierung, Zeitplanung und finanzielle Überwachung von Projekten verantwortlich ist. Darüber hinaus arbeitet er mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams auf globaler Ebene zusammen. Er nutzt Tools wie Jira, Confluence und andere interne Systeme für das Zeitmanagement usw. Er hat Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban. Er hat auch verschiedene Projektteams geleitet, die auf der Zuweisung von Ressourcen basierten, und hatte die Möglichkeit, jüngere Kollegen weiterzubilden. Die Teams bestanden aus bis zu 25 Personen. Sein Englisch ist fließend, da er es täglich anwendet. Ebenso spricht er Deutsch, müsste es aber noch ein wenig auffrischen.

Successfully supported and led project teams across departments and continents. Monitored project finances, identified drivers of profitability, and proposed cost-saving solutions. Received the company performance award in 2017.

2016 - 2018: Leading multiple key accounts for well-known international brands. Identified project needs, led process improvements and automation, and maximized efficiency and profitability through project migration. Built strong relationships with off-shore suppliers and effectively communicated with clients, executives, and management.

Program Manager, specializing in ethics. Managed financial operations for the non-profit organization Re-dial and was a member of Friends of the Earth. Holds a MA in Philosophy (2008).

2015 - 2016: Pedagogical Manager, responsible for project management and advising.

2014 - 2015: Project Associate, serving as a lecturer, researcher, and project assistant.

2010 - 2011: Worked for National Conservationists - Friends of the Earth Hungary as a Project Manager, responsible for project management and advising.

2008 - 2010: Department for the Study of Religions, with a focus on comparative study of religions.
