UX UI Designer

Die Kandidatin ist eine UX/UI-Designerin mit mehr als 6 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich UX/UI. Sie arbeitet seit mehreren Jahren mit Sketch und hat in einem Projekt Figma verwendet. Zwei ihrer Projekte als Freelancer waren aus dem Unterhaltungsbereich (Lotterie etc.), so dass sie auch in diesem Bereich Erfahrung hat. Sie ist in der Lage, mindestens 2-3 Tage pro Woche in einem Büro in Zagreb zu sein und hat kein Problem damit, während des Onboardings in einem Büro zu sein. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch ist für sie kein Problem, und nach ihren Worten spricht sie auch fließend Deutsch, hat es aber eine Zeit lang nicht benutzt. Obwohl sie seit mehr als sechs Jahren als Freiberuflerin arbeitet, ist sie auch mit einer Festanstellung zufrieden. Sie ist in der Lage, innerhalb eines Monats oder sogar noch schneller für eine neue Stelle zur Verfügung zu stehen.

Freelance Graphic Designer (April 2015 - Present): I design custom WordPress websites and have self-taught skills in graphic design. My background in economics and sales helps me understand client needs and focus on user experience. I also completed online courses in user experience research and design specialization from the University of Michigan. I also completed courses in graphic design, logo design, and UI/UX from Lynda.com, Udemy.com, and Coursera. I hold a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić and attended high school for economics in Velika Gorica.

Customer Services Agent (March 2012 - October 2013): I provided technical support and sold services, enjoying the opportunity to help people from all over Croatia. Some clients even offered me free vacations or marriage proposals as a thank you.

Customer Retention Agent (October 2010 - March 2012): As a student, I worked in the retention department, convincing unsatisfied customers to stay with custom offers. This job taught me a lot about people and sales.

Bar Waitress (2006 - 2010): I worked in my family's coffee shop during summers and weekends throughout the school year.
