Die Kandidatin ist eine RPA-Entwicklerin, die derzeit mit Python arbeitet, mit dem sie 1 Jahr Erfahrung hat und an dem sie in Zukunft arbeiten möchte. Sie hat in der Vergangenheit mit Automatisierung zu tun gehabt und ist während ihrer 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Java und Javascript in Berührung gekommen. Sie hat auch im Netzwerkbereich als Administratorin gearbeitet. Unter den agilen Methoden verwendet sie Scrum. Sie arbeitet in einem internationalen Team, so dass ihr Englisch auf einem sehr guten Niveau ist. Sie hat keine direkte Erfahrung mit der Leitung von Teams, aber sie hat jüngere Kollegen ausgebildet. Sie ist an langfristigen Projekten interessiert und hat keine Präferenz in diesem Bereich, interessiert sich aber für den Bankensektor.
