Der Kandidat arbeitet als Agile Coach, war aber in früheren Positionen auch als Projektmanager und Scrum Master tätig. Er ist seit 2016 in der Branche tätig. Derzeit richtet er interne Prozesse ein und entwirft neue Arbeitsweisen, die sich an den Bedürfnissen der Abteilungen orientieren. Er ist für das agile Auditing im Unternehmen zuständig und betreut und coacht das Team, das aus etwa zwölf Personen besteht. Er arbeitet täglich mit agilen Methoden.
