Automation Tester & Test Manager

Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Automatisierungstester mit 10 Jahren Erfahrung. Er arbeitet derzeit an einem Projekt für einen intelligenten Bankassistenten, bei dem er sowohl an der Automatisierung als auch an der Integration beteiligt ist. Er hat auch bei der Erstellung von Testfällen in den Teams, denen er angehörte, mitgewirkt und generell die Richtung der Teams mitbestimmt. Im aktuellen Team arbeitet er an der Erstellung von intelligenten Empfehlungen für den Assistenten oder zum Beispiel dem Nachrichtensystem zwischen dem Assistenten und der Bank selbst. In Zukunft würde er gerne mehr an der Automatisierung arbeiten (möglicherweise in Kombination mit der Integration), er hätte nichts dagegen, ein kleineres Team oder jüngere Kollegen zu leiten. Er ist es gewohnt, agil zu arbeiten, hat aber auch nichts gegen einen gut aufgesetzten Wasserfall - in seinen letzten Rollen hat er hauptsächlich mit SoapUI gearbeitet (ca. 9 Jahre), er hat auch langjährige Erfahrung mit Selenium, Jira, Maven. Er hat Vorkenntnisse in Python, außerdem hat er früher mit Java angefangen. Sein Englisch ist auf einem kommunikativen Niveau, in den letzten 2 Jahren hat er seine Kenntnisse in Spanisch (und Italienisch) ausgebaut, er hat nur ein Grundniveau in Deutsch.
