Die Kandidatin ist ein zertifizierter Scrum Master mit mehr als 2 Jahren Erfahrung. Sie arbeitete bei Cel.ro während der Transformation von Wasserfall zu agil. Sie war für die reibungslose und effiziente Durchführung der Transformation verantwortlich. In ihrer letzten Position arbeitete sie für ein Softwareunternehmen, das Open-Source-Lösungen für die Cloud herstellt. Sie fungierte als Remote Scrum Master für 2 Teams. Jedes Team bestand aus 9 Mitgliedern, darunter auch Entwickler. Sie ist zertifizierter Professional Scrum Master I. Sie begann auch, mehrere SAFe-Kurse zu besuchen, wie SAFeⓇ Advanced Scrum Master oder SAFeⓇ Product Owner Product Manager. Ihr Arbeitgeber hat dies jedoch nicht sehr unterstützt, so dass sie gerne ein Projekt finden würde, in dem sie ihre Fähigkeiten weiterentwickeln kann. Sie lernt gerne neue Dinge und würde in Zukunft gerne als Agile Coach arbeiten. Sie kommuniziert fließend in Englisch. Sie ist rumänische Muttersprachlerin und kann daher auch Rumänisch sprechen.
