Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener PHP-Entwickler mit 10 Jahren Erfahrung. Ideal für sie ist ein Rest-API-Projekt in PHP 7.4 und höher, das auf Nette oder Symfony aufgebaut ist. Sie interessiert sich für Postgres-Datenbank, Docker-Plattform und idealerweise Doctrine, Gitlab und Jira-Tools. Sie hat Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban. Die englische Sprache ist auf einem kommunikativen Niveau, aber sie würde es vorziehen, in einem tschechischen Team zu arbeiten. Sie hatte noch nicht die Gelegenheit, ein Team zu leiten, aber sie hat jüngere Kollegen ausgebildet, was sie in Zukunft vermeiden möchte.
