Der Kandidat ist ein zertifizierter Scrum Master mit sechsjähriger Erfahrung. Er arbeitet seit 2018 in dieser Position, er ist für zwei Teams verantwortlich, er versucht, sie so gut wie möglich arbeiten zu lassen, außerdem umfasst seine Arbeit das allgemeine Coaching. Zuvor war er als Senior-Projektleiter tätig, hat also auch in diesem Bereich viel Erfahrung. Die Englischkenntnisse des Bewerbers sind auf einem professionellen Niveau.
