Agile Coach & Scrum Master

Der Kandidat arbeitet seit mehr als 3 Jahren als Scrum Master/Agile Coach. Sie haben 2 Produkte und mehr als 15 Teams im Projekt. Jedes Team hat +- 7 Mitglieder. Er hat eine LeSS-Zertifizierung. Er hilft Teams zu wachsen, zu lernen, unabhängig zu arbeiten und organisiert zu sein. Darüber hinaus hilft er auch den Produktverantwortlichen. Als Coach führt er regelmäßig Besprechungen mit Ingenieuren, CEOs und Produktverantwortlichen durch, um Feedback zu erhalten, damit sie ihre Leistung verbessern können. Jeder der Coaches hat eine Spezialisierung in seiner Arbeit. Der Kandidat konzentriert sich auf Entwicklungspraktiken, da er auch Erfahrung in der Entwicklung hat und somit den Entwicklern helfen kann. Die Treffen finden hauptsächlich auf Englisch statt, so dass die Kommunikation auf Englisch für ihn kein Problem darstellt.

• Responsible for enabling continuous improvement in product development by observing, coaching, guiding, and supporting product owners, teams, and stakeholders.
• Working with 15+ teams on 2 products in a manager-less structure using the LESS framework.
• Focusing on technical excellence, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, development practices, security, and testing.
• Utilizing tools such as Jira, Miro boards, Confluence, Bamboo, IntelliJ IDEA, and Git.

Scrum Master (June 2018 - May 2020)

• Successfully scaled from component teams to 13+ teams using the LESS framework.
• Facilitated the transition to LESS environment through active participation in events and collaboration with 80+ participants.
• Implemented new product backlog structure, refined backlog, and designed cross-functional teams.
• Facilitated overall events for 10+ teams, guiding them towards self-management and focusing on system improvements.
• Emphasized technical excellence as a key aspect of scaling scrum.

Engineering Tech Lead (March 2016 - May 2018)

• Made design and implementation decisions up to the architecture level in alignment with product architects.
• Proposed changes to product architecture based on emerging issues and experience within the engineering team.
