Project Manager & Scrum Master

Der Kandidat ist seit 2 Jahren als Scrum Master tätig. Davor arbeitete er als Projektmanager und stellvertretender Projektmanager. In seiner aktuellen Position arbeitet er in einem Start-up, wo sich seine Rolle mit der des Scrum Masters, Projektmanagers und Product Owners überschneidet. Sie entwickeln eine App für Smart Wellness, d. h. für die Personalisierung der Saunazeiten. Das Team besteht aus 3 IT-Mitarbeitern und 4 Praktikanten. Er hat noch keine offizielle Zertifizierung, aber er hat begonnen, seine PM-Zertifizierung auszulagern. Als er bei Slovak Telecom arbeitete, wurden die Zertifizierungen intern durchgeführt. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch ist für ihn kein Problem, in der Vergangenheit arbeitete er auch mit einem italienischen Chef, mit dem er ausschließlich auf Englisch kommunizieren musste.

01/2021 - now: Scrum Master/Project Manager at an IoT-driven spa in Bratislava. Developed the mobile app for booking and payment purposes, ensuring sauna time is never overcrowded. Implemented mobile app development with interactive booking system, people-less automated entrance and purchasing using biometric data, and customized smart control with AI extensions.

05/2017 - 01/2021: Project Coordinator (05/2017 - 06/2019), Junior PM (07/2019 - 02/2020), Scrum Master (03/2020) at a telecommunications company. Provided administration support to project manager, handled project escalations, updated documentation, and worked with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SAP. Acted as a single point of contact for building relationships between internal and external partners, managed human resources allocations, and organized meetings and company events.

03/2012 - 05/2014: Master Data Clerk, and 06/2014 - 06/2016: Team Leader for CEE/CH/SHPE at a multinational company. Led a team of six people, communicated with foreign business partners, planned process takeovers, harmonized processes, selected and trained new employees. Completed internships in Barcelona, Brussels, Maribor, Basel, and Düsseldorf to establish relations with local teams and implement process takeovers.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Comenius University, Bratislava (graduated in 2016). Skills include English (B2 level), Russian (basics), MS Office, SAP, Jira, and Confluence.
