Der Kandidat ist seit mehr als 20 Jahren im IT-Bereich tätig. Seit 2001 ist er als Administrator von Software und Hardware tätig. Er hat sich auf die Plattformen Windows und Linux konzentriert. In den letzten 3 Jahren hat er sich auf Active Directory konzentriert. Er hat Erfahrung mit AWS, obwohl er jetzt mit Azure arbeitet. Der Kandidat ist russischer Muttersprachler, kommuniziert aber auch gut in Tschechisch und Englisch. Als Person ist der Kandidat ein sympathischer Fachmann, der gerne ein tiefes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens entwickelt. Er arbeitet bei Novartis über 2 andere Agenturen, die allen Auftragnehmern das Gehalt gekürzt haben - deshalb sucht er eine neue Stelle.

Implemented a new DR solution for active directory. Mentored newcomers. Used technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, SCCM, and ServiceNow.

Security Analyst (June 2018 - December 2018) Participated in the "IT Risk within Risk Appetite" program, focusing on various IT risk areas. Created operational security guidelines and risk assessment documents for critical applications. Collaborated with application owners and business parts. Built reports for the steering committee. Used tools such as Confluence, MS Office, Visio, and ServiceNow.

Database Administrator (April 2017 - October 2018) Performed database administration tasks for MS SQL clusters. Provided match night live support for database performance issues.
