Scrum Master

Der Kandidat hat in den letzten 8 Jahren als Scrum Master/Line Manager gearbeitet. Davor begann er als QA-Ingenieur. Er arbeitet für eine Abteilung, die für die Testautomatisierung von Teams innerhalb der Bank zuständig ist. Seine Abteilung ermöglicht also die Automatisierung von Prozessen und vereinfacht die Arbeit für andere Teams. Er ist für 8 Projekte verantwortlich. Jeden Tag gibt es Stand-ups, Planungssitzungen, Retrospektiven oder Ad-hoc-Sitzungen, wenn ein Notfall behandelt werden muss. Darüber hinaus leitet er 1 Projekt entlang der Projektlinie, d. h. er kommuniziert auch mit externen Kunden und erkundigt sich nach deren Zufriedenheit und Anforderungen. Insgesamt kümmert er sich um die Mitarbeiter und den Betrieb der Büros. Er hat die ISTQB-Zertifizierung erworben. Er kommuniziert täglich in Englisch.

Quality Assurance Engineer (11/1/2010 - 10/31/2013) - Created automation and manual tests, managed coordination and communication with project owners, and worked on international projects such as CA TPX and DB2.

Quality Assurance Engineer (5/1/2007 - 10/31/2010) - Created automation and manual tests, managed coordination and communication with project owners, and worked on international projects such as CPS and OMG.

Software Engineer at Certicon (5/1/2006 - 4/31/2007) - Created automation and manual tests, managed coordination and communication with project owners, and worked on an international project called Reveal.
