Cloud Engineer

Der Kandidat ist seit 5 Jahren in der IT-Branche tätig, wobei er sich im letzten Jahr mit der Cloud beschäftigt hat. Bisher hat er noch keine Erfahrungen mit öffentlichen Clouds gesammelt, aber das ist ein Bereich, in den er gerne einsteigen würde. Im Rahmen seines Studiums hat er einen Abschluss in Informatik erworben, wo er auch Cloud-Architektur studiert hat und in seinem jetzigen Unternehmen einer der wichtigsten Mitarbeiter mit hervorragenden Ergebnissen war. Er ist es gewohnt, sowohl in großen als auch in kleinen Teams zu arbeiten und hat kein Problem damit, selbstständig zu arbeiten. Er spricht fließend Englisch, Französisch und Tschechisch.

Senior Cloud Engineer (Jan 2021 - Current): Responsible for servicing VoIP telephony systems and analyzing system logs to identify and resolve customer issues. Set up call routing options and flow patterns for different regions. Completed a project to build a laboratory for testing purposes.

Technical Analyst/Account Manager (May 2018 - July 2020): Managed French-speaking clients in multiple regions, ensuring satisfaction with DMS software. Retrieved key information from client databases for report generation. Worked with large amounts of data to provide insights to upper management.
