Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Projektleiter mit 9 Jahren Erfahrung. Er ist seit fast 20 Jahren in der IT-Branche tätig. Er begann als PHP-Entwickler. Später wechselte er in die Rolle des PM. In seiner derzeitigen Position arbeitet er als Analyst. Er bildet Prozesse ab, ersetzt sie durch ein neues System und vervollständigt auch die Dokumentation für das Ausschreibungsmanagement. Er hat auch Erfahrung in der agilen Transformation, bringt gerne Verbesserungen in das Team ein und interpretiert die Geschäftsanforderungen. Er setzt sich gerne durch und räumt Hindernisse aus dem Weg, die die Arbeit des Teams behindern könnten. Die Kommunikation in englischer Sprache ist für ihn kein Problem, da er auch schon an mehreren internationalen Projekten gearbeitet hat. Für die Zukunft kann er sich eine Tätigkeit als Product Owner oder Product Manager vorstellen. Er interessiert sich für den Bereich der Bankentelekommunikation.
