Business Analyst

Der Kandidat arbeitet derzeit als 2nd Level Business Support im Bankwesen. Seine Aufgabe ist es, Systeme zu verbessern, Verbesserungsvorschläge zu machen, Funktionen zu testen, Zwischenfälle mit Entwicklern zu kommunizieren oder Geschäftsanalysen zu erstellen. Er hat in der Vergangenheit auch als Programmierer oder Projektmanager gearbeitet, so dass er gerne den IT-Sektor mit der Wirtschaft verbinden würde. Das Projekt wird in einer agilen Umgebung durchgeführt. Sein Englisch ist auf einem sehr guten Niveau und er hat auch passive Deutschkenntnisse. Er hat auch schon als Junior Teamleader gearbeitet, ein Team geleitet und auch neue Kollegen eingearbeitet. Er bevorzugt eher langfristige Projekte in einem internationalen Umfeld im Finanzbereich, ist aber gerne bereit, sich jedes Angebot anzusehen.

1.6.2019 - Present: Business Support Responsible for supporting business operations for accounting systems Ledger and Mambu. Handle incidents and service requests, analyze and correct accounting entries, collect requirements and new functionalities from business, communicate with developers, and test before user acceptance testing. Participate in grooming and planning meetings, and propose system improvements. Provide training on accounting systems.

1.3.2018 - 31.5.2019: Application Support Support business in questions related to internal accounting system Ledger. Handle incidents and service requests, support developers with business requirements and improvements, analyze and correct accounting entries, and provide training on accounting systems.

1.10.2016 - 31.10.2017: Continuous Monitoring Develop, maintain, and implement automated ACL analytics. Maintain and handle incidents for continuous monitoring platform. Communicate with users and analytics owners. Manage production and QA servers. Implement new tools and platform upgrades. Communicate with ACL provider. Retrieve data from GATES system and Postgresql using SQL queries. Manage projects and implement SSO between Adient and ACL Network.
