Scrum Master

Der Kandidat ist ein Scrum Master mit 3 Jahren Erfahrung. Er arbeitet derzeit an 3 verschiedenen Projekten für internationale Unternehmen wie Jaguar und Heineken. Bei jedem Projekt hat er eine andere Funktion, die sich jedoch gleichzeitig überschneiden. Bei Heineken fungiert er zum Beispiel als Vermittler zwischen verschiedenen Interessengruppen. Bei einem anderen Projekt überschneidet sich seine Rolle als Scrum Master mit der des Transformationsprojektmanagers. So ist er beispielsweise auch für die Personalprognose zuständig. Er arbeitet an Projekten, die viele Mitglieder haben, in manchen Fällen bis zu 150. Er verwaltet alles mit Hilfe von Agile. Er hat mehrere Zertifizierungen wie Prince2, LSS - Lean Six Sigma, Itil v4. Die Kommunikation in englischer Sprache ist für ihn kein Problem.

Agile Scrum Master and Ambassador (September 2019 - present)

• Responsible for promoting and implementing agile methodologies within the organization.
• Lead daily and weekly scrum meetings with assigned clients.
• Work with product owners to ensure agile principles and practices are followed.
• Focus on constant customer involvement, empirical process, time boxing, and changing requirements.
• Set up appropriate teams for scrum execution and remove distractions or impediments.
• Emphasize the importance of being agile and having it absorbed within the DNA of the organization.

OTC Manager (May 2018 - present)

• Manage commercial changes, request management, quotation, ordering, billing, and associated activities.
• Develop model, rules, and governance for international accounts.
• Key areas of focus include charging and invoicing, account balance, disputes, and communication.
• Handle finance reviews with clients, billing reporting, and quote to order processes.
• Ensure smooth service transition and implement credit notes and terminations.

Program/Lifecycle Manager for Global Customer Projects (March 2014 - present)

• Improve end-to-end processes from bid phase to order to cash.
• Establish control mechanisms to reduce errors in execution.
• Define scope of work for teams and measure results against KPIs and SLAs.
• Implement continuous improvement plans and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Coordinate ordering and delivery processes, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements.
