Der Kandidat ist seit 23 Jahren im IT-Bereich tätig. In den letzten 3 Jahren war er als Administrator tätig und konzentrierte sich auf Office 365, Azure und Active Directory. Er hat umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Windows-Servern und der Programmierung in PowerShell, VBScript, Jscript und T-SQL. In der Vergangenheit hat er außerhalb der IT auch als Projektmanager bei der Einrichtung von Glasfaserstrecken in der Telekommunikation gearbeitet. Er ist es gewohnt, agil und in internationalen Teams zu arbeiten, in denen er täglich auf Englisch kommuniziert.

Senior System Engineer (1999 - now): Responsible for administering Windows servers from 2003 to 2019, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DFS, Terminal, Print, and File services. Experienced in MS SQL, IIS, WSUS, SCCM, SharePoint, MS Exchange, and Office 365. Proficient in communication tools such as MS Lync, Cisco Jabber, and Webex. Skilled in Citrix XenApp, Netscaler, and VMware vSphere. Experienced in Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, and Linux workstations. Proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell, VBScript, JScript, and T-SQL. Currently working as an administrator for Active Directory domains in a large organization with multi-forest configuration, managing AD administration, domain name services, DFSR, terminal/print/file services, AD federation services, and group policy. Also experienced in Microsoft Identity Manager and user migration projects in corporate acquisitions.
