Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Scrum Master mit 3 Jahren Erfahrung, davor war er 3 Jahre lang als Projektmanager tätig. Er hat auch Erfahrung als Business Analyst. Er arbeitet derzeit als Scrum Master in zwei Teams. Eines von ihnen ist bereits ausgereift und hilft ihnen bei der weltweiten Produkteinführung. Da er sich für maschinelles Lernen begeistert, hilft er auch als Trainer bei der Entwicklung für mehrere Sprachen. Er hat auch an zwei Transformationen teilgenommen - von Wasserfall zu Scrum und von Scrum zu Agile. Er arbeitet mit Teams, die aus 20 Mitgliedern bestehen. Er spricht fließend Englisch und Spanisch.
