Java Developer

Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Entwickler mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung. Er begann als C-Entwickler. In den letzten 20 Jahren hat er jedoch in Java programmiert. Meistens arbeitet er mit Java SDK. Er hat jedoch auch Erfahrung mit Hibernate und Spring, die er in den letzten 10 Jahren nicht mehr verwendet hat. Er bevorzugt kleinere Unternehmen oder Start-ups, da er die Atmosphäre in solchen Unternehmen mag. Bei der Arbeit arbeitet er routinemäßig mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban. Er kommuniziert im Alltag und im Privatleben auf Englisch. Allerdings lernt er auch Italienisch. In der Vergangenheit hat er mehrfach ein kleines Team von Entwicklern geleitet und genießt es, jüngere Entwickler anzuleiten und zu unterstützen, sich zu verbessern.

• Led the development team and was responsible for incoming projects.
• Analyzed incoming requests, estimated time, and designed new tasks.

• Projects included Professional News Search, Media Analyses Reports, and Emerging Stories Detector.
• All projects were based on a core application that crawled web documents and categorized them.
