Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Scrum Master mit 5 Jahren Erfahrung. In seiner derzeitigen Position ist er für Stand-up- und Sprint-Planung zuständig und unterstützt den agilen Ansatz. Er kommuniziert mit Teams, Projektverantwortlichen und Stakeholdern. Er ist als Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) zertifiziert. Er verwendet bei seiner Arbeit auch Tools wie JIRA, MURAL, Trello und Slack. Er spricht fließend Englisch.

Verfügbarkeit: 2 Monate im Voraus

Scrum Master (12/2016-Present): Organize and facilitate Scrum practices, promote Agile values, foster communication, and improve processes to enable teams to deliver more value.

Customer Fulfillment Representative (12/2014-11/2016): Manage customer relationships, solve queries, and improve business processes within the company and for clients.

Drive to Web Lead/ Europe, Middle East & Africa (10/2011-11/2014): Manage a global team to drive adoption of IBM self-service web applications, lead educational processes, create promotional materials, and identify pain points for process improvement.

e-Tools & Entitlement Focal Point/ Central Europe, Middle East & Africa (03/2010-10/2011): Process entitlement requests, perform business analyses, and collaborate with the development team.

PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® (08/2018-08/2021): Pursuing certification in agile project management.

Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) (06/2018-Present): Certified Scrum Master.

Study abroad & exchange program (09/2007-01/2010): Completed TESOL/TEFL/TESL certification, TOEFL, and an art of conversation workshop.

Master of Science (09/2000-05/2005): Degree in environmental geology from Comenius University in Bratislava.

Personal Skills: Fluent in Slovak and English, basic knowledge of German. Strong organizational, managerial, and project management skills. Proficient in servant leadership, coaching, and using JIRA, MURAL, Trello, and Slack.
