Agile Coach & Scrum Master

Erfahrener Scrum Master mit 5 Jahren Erfahrung. Er war einer der ersten Scrum-Master in Orange. Er arbeitete an einem Projekt, das anfangs auf nicht-agile Weise aufgebaut wurde, aber nicht erfolgreich war. Später wurde er auf Scrum umgestellt und konnte das Projekt effizient abschließen. Er interagiert mit Kunden und Interessengruppen. Darüber hinaus hat er Scrum in der Personalabteilung eingeführt, wo er als Mentor fungierte. Er arbeitet auch in einem verteilten Team, dessen Mitglieder im ganzen Land verteilt sind und dessen Kunden aus dem Ausland kommen. Er richtet dort Prozesse ein, die Sinn machen. Sie arbeiten dort nicht zu 100 % mit Scrum, da sie festgestellt haben, dass es auf diese Weise effizienter ist. Darüber hinaus hat er bei Orange eine agile Bibliothek eingerichtet, und gemeinsam betreiben sie eine agile Gemeinschaft innerhalb des Unternehmens. Nächsten Monat wird er an der Universität von Trnava einen Vortrag über Coaching und Agilität halten. Er spricht fließend Englisch und Französisch. Er liebt es, Prozesse zu etablieren und neue Dinge zu beginnen.

• Led the transformation of an in-house development team from waterfall delivery to successful agile delivery.
• Acted as the agile mentor and coach for an HR team's transition to Scrum without external mentoring.
• Oversaw the transformation of an international project to a customized version of Scrum.

• Contributed to the company's agile strategy, Scrum master community, and founded an agile library.

• Served as a functional consultant focusing on SD module, with some experience in MM/LE/FI modules.
• Managed incident and change request management.
• Provided 1st and 2nd line support.
• Reason for leaving: No perspective for new projects in the field of interest.

Senior Financial Analyst for Key Accounts : 09/2013 - 12/2013

Responsibilities:

• Handled accounts receivables and collection activities, with a focus on key accounts in the French subsidiary.
• Implemented proactive process improvement and automation using Excel/VBA.
• Reason for leaving: Expectations not met
