Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Produktmanager mit 10 Jahren Erfahrung. Er kümmert sich um das Produktportfolio, führt neue Produkte ein, schlägt technische Lösungen vor und erstellt die Preisliste. Er arbeitet im Bereich der Schaltanlagen, hauptsächlich in der Automatisierung und Robotik. Im Moment hat er auch die Kontrolle von Webseiten und Übersetzungen in seine Aufgabenbeschreibung aufgenommen. Er hat auch Kollegen geschult und Seminare über SR für neue Produkteinführungen durchgeführt. Darüber hinaus erfindet er Ersatz für alte Produkte. Er spricht fließend Englisch, da das Unternehmen weltweit vertreten ist. Mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban ist er noch nicht in Berührung gekommen.
