Java Developer

Java-Entwickler seit 2015. Derzeit arbeitet er an der Entwicklung eines "Ausschreibungssystems", das von Vertriebsmitarbeitern und Personen, die öffentliche Aufträge bearbeiten, verwendet wird. Es bereitet ein "Angebot" für einen Kunden aus ihrem Portfolio vor, und wenn der Kunde dieses Angebot annimmt, werden die Preise, die sie in diesem "Angebot" angeboten haben, in ihre internen Systeme wie "EPeCs" usw. übertragen. Hierfür wird hauptsächlich Java verwendet. Ursprünglich war dieses System nur für die Tschechische Republik und die Slowakei gedacht, aber da es auch anderen Niederlassungen des Unternehmens gefiel, begann man, es auch für Österreich und Russland zu entwickeln (die es bereits live nutzen). Die Einführung für Polen und Rumänien ist jetzt im Gange. Er hat auch Erfahrung in der Teamleitung und in der Betreuung von Kollegen. Sein Englisch ist auf einem kommunikativen Niveau, und obwohl er nicht regelmäßig Deutsch benutzt, versteht er die Dinge, die er liest, und nimmt die Bedeutung auf. Sie ist derzeit auf B1-Niveau in Deutsch.

• Web tool for preparation of business offers (pricing, quotations, tenders) for B2B customers.
• Contains a module for storage and analysis of competitor offers.
• Users of this system are usually Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers,Tender Office, etc.
• Lead developer for the last 3 years.
• Internationalization and customization for new countries adopting this system.

Annual employee evaluation application

(2015 – 2020)

• HR tool for employee evaluation.
• Once per year the employee and his manager did a multi step evaluation.
• The result was calibrated by department managers and used in salary increases for next year.

Employee onsite training planner

(2016 – 2019)

• HR tool for organization and processing of regular employee trainings.
• Uses shift times to plan trainings when employee is at work.
• Prepares an attendancelist for the trainer.
• Archives and transfers finished trainings into ERP system.
• Junior developer of this SAP Hybris project.
• E-commerce site with incontinence products. Incl. SEPA payments, prescription up-load, SAP connection, etc.
